JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities and Duties :-

1) Client facing and liaison;
2) Managing assigned Client’s accounts independently or working together in a team;
3) Preparing month-end financial reports;
4) Preparing data entry and posting of journal entries;
5) Preparing accounts receivable, payable, and bank statement reconciliation;
6) Reconcile balance sheet accounts;
7) Preparation of banking transactions in Online Banking Platforms for clients;
8) Data entries into XERO accounting system for clients;
9) Lead/Assist in Projects undertaken by the Company;
10) Assist in day to day administration work, (if any)


1) Are you looking for a full-time job position? Please note that this vacancy is ONLY for a full-time position.

2) Do you have any experience working in an accounting firm before? If yes, please elaborate briefly on your experience i.e., where, number of years and the tasks you did there. (ONLY ACCOUNTING FIRM not on COMMERCIAL Sector)

3) Do you have the experience to do up the full set of accounts? Means passing journal entries, reconciling the bank transactions, then do up the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss?
