We are hiring a technical systems builder. You must know how to construct code-based tools, manage API payloads, and engineer complex backend workflows. If you cannot build custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or orchestrate multi-agent logic from scratch, please do not apply.

Starbond is a high-growth industrial adhesive brand executing cutting-edge e-commerce and operational scaling strategies. We are building our internal AI infrastructure from the ground up, moving away from manual data tracking toward highly optimized, automated, multi-agent intelligence pipelines.

Who We Are Looking For
We need a builder—a technical operator who designs, connects, and manages networks of AI agents to handle complex business processes automatically.

As our "Meta-Agent Operator," your job is to build systems that work reliably, optimize API consumption down to the penny, and document every architecture path so that our broader operational team can run them seamlessly. This is a junior role with real infrastructure ownership from day one and a direct track to senior technical roles if you execute.

What You Will Do
1. Design and orchestrate multi-agent architectures within the Anthropic/Claude ecosystem.
2. Build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to securely connect LLMs to databases, internal data sources, and live web tools.
3. Connect AI infrastructure with automation platforms like n8n, ---------- , or custom Python backend scripts.
4. Enforce extreme token discipline, using context caching, chunking, and event-driven triggers to eliminate runaway API costs.
5. Maintain our internal systems playbook, ensuring 100% of deployed automations are fully documented at launch.
6. Monitor, troubleshoot, and refine agent instructions based on live operational performance in ClickUp.

What You Must Bring (Required Skills)
1. Proven Agent Building: Practical experience constructing multi-agent workflows where separate AI entities pass variables, context, and tasks sequentially.
2. MCP Technical Knowledge: Working familiarity with Model Context Protocol, server configurations, and defining clean tool schemas.
3. LLM Engineering: Advanced prompt engineering skills and a functional grasp of context window optimization.
4. Workflow Automation Integration: Experience connecting APIs and webhooks via no-code/low-code engines (n8n, ---------- ) or custom scripts.
5. Systems Discipline: Meticulous documentation habits and high comfort levels using ClickUp as a strict system of record.

Helpful Pluses
1. Strong Python scripting skills for custom API connections and data transformations.
2. Deep experience navigating Anthropic's developer ecosystem specifically.
3. Background or interest in competitive intelligence, PESTEL analysis, or data scraping infrastructure.
