JOB OVERVIEW

Junior AI Automation Developer & GoHighLevel Specialist
Compensation: $10–15 USD/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST

Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior AI Automation Developer & GoHighLevel Specialist who is passionate about AI, automation, and building systems that save time.

Your primary mission is simple:

Help our marketing team move faster by building, improving, and maintaining AI tools, automations, and GoHighLevel systems.

You’ll work directly with our Chief Marketing Officer to remove bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and continually develop new internal tools that improve efficiency across the business.

What You’ll Do

Approximately:

* 50% GoHighLevel management
* Build and optimize workflows
* Update pipelines
* Create and improve automations
* Maintain forms, calendars, opportunities, and CRM systems
* Troubleshoot automation issues
* 30% AI Development
* Build internal AI tools
* Develop AI-powered workflows
* Connect APIs and automation platforms
* Research and implement new AI solutions
* Help our team leverage AI to work faster
* 20% Quality Assurance
* Test funnels and automations
* QA marketing assets before launch
* Verify workflows function correctly
* Document issues and recommend improvements

You should have experience with most of the following:
* GoHighLevel
* OpenAI API
* Claude API
* ----------
* n8n
* Zapier

Bonus experience includes:
* Prompt engineering
* API integrations
* CRM automation
* Marketing automation
* AI agents
* Webhooks
* Basic JavaScript or Python

What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you’ll be helping our marketing department execute faster by:

* Building and improving AI-powered workflows
* Keeping GoHighLevel organized and optimized
* Eliminating manual tasks through automation
* Supporting our Chief Marketing Officer so our team can launch more projects with less friction
* Becoming the go-to person for AI implementation and automation support

Requirements

* 2–4 years of relevant experience
* Reliable high-speed internet
* Quiet workspace
* Webcam and microphone for meetings
* Time Doctor is required during working hours
