Department: Performance Marketing
Location: Remote
Hours: 7 days a week, between 9 AM–6 PM Manila time. Flexible hours, max 40 hrs/week, but at least 2 hrs daily. Daily availability is required.
Target Pay: 70,000 PHP per month

THE OPPORTUNITY
We don't need five years of experience. We need someone who is sharp, competitive, and hungry. You'll be trained directly by senior media buyers managing millions in ad spend across Taboola, Outbrain, and Revcontent. From day one, you'll be in the data — monitoring campaigns, finding patterns, and making decisions that move the numbers. The best performers here grow into Senior Media Buyers fast.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Monitor daily spend, CPAs, CTRs, and ROAS — proactively flagging trends before they become problems
Launch and optimize native ad campaigns across Taboola, Outbrain, and related platforms
Run A/B tests on creatives, headlines, thumbnails, and landing pages — and draw clear conclusions from the data
Monitor daily/weekly performance reports and dashboards.
Research competitor campaigns and surface new angles and opportunities
Support senior buyers in audience segmentation, budget pacing, and campaign strategy
Stay sharp on native ad trends, platform updates, and industry best practices


WHO YOU ARE

A top student — we're talking Dean's List, cum laude, or consistent honors from a leading Philippine university. Academic excellence signals the discipline and analytical rigor we need.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
A numbers person — you get excited by spreadsheets, not intimidated by them. You find it satisfying to chase down why a metric moved.
Competitive and driven — you hate losing more than you love winning. You set your own bar higher than anyone else does.
A fast learner with grit — you don't wait for perfect conditions to start. You figure things out, ask smart questions, and never stop at 'good enough.'
Detail-obsessed — you notice when numbers don't add up, and you don't move on until you understand why.
Clear communicator — you can translate complex data into a one-line insight that drives a decision.

Experience in paid media is a plus — not a requirement. We will train the right person from zero.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
Hands-on experience with Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, or any paid media platform
Familiarity with tracking tools: Voluum, RedTrack, or similar
Google Analytics or comparable analytics platform experience
Knowledge of advertorial formats and native ad copywriting
Comfortable with pixels, redirects, and basic web infrastructure
