JOB OVERVIEW

Sonder Collective is a creative-led performance agency working with DTC and eCommerce brands on Meta and TikTok.

We’re looking for a Junior Creative Designer (Paid Ads) who can consistently execute high-quality ad creatives and communicate reliably during working hours.

This is a flexible, output-based role. Work is assigned in batches with clear deadlines.

What You’ll Do
Create paid ad creatives for Meta and TikTok
Work on a mix of:
Static images
Carousel ads
Short-form video creatives (AI-assisted is allowed)
Execute based on clear briefs (angle, concept, direction provided)
Deliver work on time and within deadlines
Apply revisions based on feedback

Monthly Scope
Around 20 creatives per month to start
Balanced mix of formats (not all video-heavy)
Work is distributed across the month, not rushed all at once

What We’re Looking For
Strong execution skills (clean layouts, readable, ad-focused design)
Ability to follow direction and work from structured briefs
Organized and reliable with deadlines
Clear and consistent communicator
Comfortable using Canva, Adobe and open to AI tools for creative production


Important Requirements
You must be reachable during agreed working hours
This role is not suitable if you are only available during random breaks or late at night
You should have enough capacity to take on consistent monthly work

Tasks are assigned in batches with deadlines
Feedback is consolidated and structured
