We’re The Hire Advantage, a fast-growing consulting agency that supports high-growth home services companies—think solar, roofing, HVAC—by helping them build high-performing Door-to-Door Sales Teams with speed and precision.

We’re currently on the lookout for a Virtual Assistant Applicant Screener who will serve as the first point of contact for incoming sales applicants from platforms like Indeed and other U.S.-based job boards.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and organizing new job applications as they come in
- Using our screening scripts and tools to vet potential candidates
- Communicating with applicants via email, chat, or brief calls
- Tagging, updating, and managing applicant records in our system
- Providing detailed, accurate notes for hiring managers

Work Schedule:
- Night shift (to align with U.S. Central Time Zone)
- Typical hours: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM CST
- Includes Saturday shifts depending on client needs

Compensation:
- Starting rate: $5/hour (depending on experience)
- Performance bonuses for each successful hire
- Rate increases available as you grow and advance through performance levels

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- A natural, American-sounding accent
- Friendly and professional tone when speaking or writing
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, or ATS platforms (a bonus, not required)
