What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll help keep 150+ transactions running smoothly from start to finish. That means staying in touch with clients and agents, coordinating inspections and repairs, managing paperwork and deadlines, and making sure every closing feels seamless and stress-free.

We are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator (US Real Estate experience required)
- Background in a Mortgage Company, with experience as a Mortgage Underwriter, Title Underwriter, or Reviewer
- MUST HAVE hands-on experience with MLS platforms (Flex and Matrix)
- Proven experience handling transactions in attorney states
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with no attendance issues
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take constructive feedback positively
- Performs consistently under pressure without compromising quality
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to manage 80+ transactions simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and growth-minded
- Weekend availability when needed
- For candidates with children, reliable childcare in place during working hours to ensure focus and productivity
