Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time remote admin to support our team with job costing, job closeouts, expense tracking, vendor entry, invoicing, and CRM data management using our project management software, JobTread.
If you’ve never used JobTread but have experience with similar construction/project management tools (like Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or even QuickBooks), and you’re confident in your ability to learn new systems fast, we want to hear from you.
About Us:
We’re a fast-growing deck building company in the United States. We build 2–3 decks per week and follow a streamlined, systemized process. We need someone dependable to help us keep the backend of our CRM clean, accurate, and organized, so the whole team stays on track.
Your Main Responsibilities:
• Entering bills and expenses into JobTread
• Managing and updating vendor info
• Finalizing job costing and profitability for each project
• Creating and sending customer invoices
• Coordinating with our accountant to ensure clean financial integration
• Keeping job records and internal data organized and updated in the CRM
• Helping the team maintain an accurate, clean database for active and closed jobs
Requirements:
• Experience using JobTread or similar software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore,
• Strong understanding of job costing and project-based accounting
• Confident using CRMs or project management tools
• Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through
• Fast learner and tech-savvy — especially with new software
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Reliable and consistent availability (10–15 hours/week, flexible)
Bonus If You Have:
• Construction or home services industry experience
• Bookkeeping background or QuickBooks experience
• Familiarity with CRM data cleanup or database maintenance
