Project Scope
Deliverables:
• 4× short videos (15–30 seconds each) in 9:16 and 16:9 ratios
• Static image versions for posts and stories
• Thumbnails for YouTube & Reels
• Captions, hashtags, and CTAs for each piece
Content Themes (you’ll receive full scripts + creative guide):
1. “The Headlines Keep Repeating” — fast-paced news montage with transition to Deterrent solution.
2. “The Numbers Don’t Lie” — motion graphics using official crime statistics.
3. “Crime Is Closer Than You Think” — map-based local awareness video.
