RentHaus is a fast-growing apartment locating brand based in Austin, Texas. We help people find the best apartments while showcasing luxury buildings, cool amenities, and the lifestyle of living in Austin.

We create content like:
• Apartment tours
• Drone shots of properties
• “How much rent is in Austin” videos
• Neighborhood lifestyle content
• Apartment deals and tips

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager who can take the lead on growing our Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content.

Your role is to help us turn apartment tours and footage into viral content that generates leads for people looking for apartments.

Responsibilities

• Plan a weekly content strategy for RentHaus
• Tell the owner what footage or videos need to be filmed each week
• Edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
• Turn apartment tours into engaging social media content
• Research trending content in real estate and apartment niches
• Write hooks, captions, and posting schedules
• Post consistently across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Repurpose one video into multiple pieces of content
• Help turn social media viewers into apartment leads
• Track analytics and suggest ways to grow faster

Requirements

• Experience managing or growing social media accounts
• Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Understanding of viral hooks and content structure
• Good English communication
• Organized and proactive
• Comfortable taking initiative and suggesting new ideas

Bonus if you have experience with:
• Real estate content
• Lead generation content
• Viral TikTok / Instagram growth
