JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a script writer and researcher for our content-driven real estate brand. Our content breaks down high-growth areas in the UAE: what's happening, what's being built, and why it matters. It all starts with the script. You'll be the one shaping the story before it ever hits camera, so you need to write hooks that stop the scroll and structure that keeps people watching, even when the topic is informative rather than entertainment.

A Little About Us:
We create strategic, informational content about high-growth real estate areas in the UAE. We focus on clear storytelling, strong hooks, and content that turns viewers into real inquiries. We're building a focused creative team that cares about quality and long-term growth.

What You'll Get to Do:
Write scripts for short-form and long-form video content, including talking head style discussions and property/area breakdowns
Research the topics behind each script, from market trends to developments and area-specific data, so every claim is accurate and every angle is fresh
Craft attention-grabbing hooks that pull viewers in from the first few seconds, even on educational and informative topics
Turn dense or technical information into scripts that feel simple, engaging, and easy to follow
Collaborate with the team to keep our content sharp, consistent, and aligned with our voice

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in content writing, especially short-form content
Experience writing educational or informative content that still manages to engage
A strong, demonstrable grasp of what makes a hook actually work. You can explain why a hook grabs attention, not just write one that "sounds okay"
Strong research skills. Comfortable digging for accurate, relevant information and turning it into a clear narrative
Bonus: experience in real estate content, especially the UAE market
