JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We are seeking a designer to work with us on refining an AI Sponsor Pack. This is a priority piece with a tight turnaround, so we need someone strong in conceptual, strategic design — not just formatting.

Objective
Translate a complex, text-heavy deck into a clear, visually-led narrative that:

Lands quickly with corporate sponsors
Makes abstract concepts tangible and compelling
Elevates the overall polish and credibility of the work

This is not a redesign from scratch — it's about refining and reinterpreting key slides.

Scope of Work
Focus on Slides 2–16 of the current master pack. Key tasks:

Simplify dense content into clear visual hierarchies
Translate complex ideas into conceptual diagrams and frameworks
Introduce strong visual storytelling (not decorative design)
Create consistency in layout, flow, and visual language
Improve readability and sponsor appeal

Design Direction
We need someone who can:

Think strategically (not just execute)
Translate complexity into simple, powerful visuals
Work with abstract/system-level concepts (AI, leadership, ethics)
Balance credibility, sophistication, and clarity

Style reference:

Clean, minimal, high-end
Conceptual (e.g. systems maps, frameworks, flows)
Confident use of space and hierarchy
Aligned with Menzies brand

Key Content to Bring to Life
The designer will need to help translate concepts such as:

"Symbiotic leadership" (human + AI systems)
"AI Ethical Advisor" (product concept)
"Universal basic infrastructure" (north star — currently abstract)
System-level ecosystem / network thinking

These are currently too text-heavy and need visual articulation.

Outputs

Refined slides (2–16) in Canva
Visual frameworks/diagrams embedded within slides
Consistent visual system that can be applied across future decks

Timing

Start: ASAP (ideally within 24–48 hours)
