Role Purpose
The Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. This role focuses on direct response advertising that drives measurable conversions, profitable CAC, and consistent funnel traffic.
The specialist is accountable for delivering predictable, trackable growth through data-driven media buying and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop paid media strategies aligned with funnel goals and revenue targets.
Build and launch conversion-optimized campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Set up campaigns for TOF/MOF/BOF stages with proper audience segmentation.
Manage retargeting, remarketing, and warm traffic funnels.
Implement and manage creative testing frameworks.
2. Creative Collaboration
Work with copywriters and designers to develop ad creatives that match funnel messaging.
Provide detailed creative briefs for new iterations based on performance data.
Identify new angles, hooks, and variations needed for continuous improvement.
3. Optimization, Scaling & Performance Analysis
Optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall funnel performance.
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining margin and cost-efficiency.
Monitor pacing, budgets, bidding strategies, and daily performance.
Build and maintain dashboards for weekly reporting.
Evaluate performance across attribution systems (GA4, Hyros, platform-level).
4. Tracking, Attribution & Technical Setup
Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, Hyros, UTM structures, and pixel setups.
Perform regular audits on tracking, events, custom conversions, and attribution.
Integrate campaigns with funnels, CRM, and automation systems.
5. Competitor, Market & Audience Research
Analyze competitor ads, funnels, creatives, and audience strategies.
Conduct audience research using platform tools and third-party data sources.
Identify new targeting opportunities, placements, and lookalike audiences.
6. Testing Framework Implementation
Run structured A/B and multivariate tests for:
Creatives
Hooks
Ad copy
Audiences
Landing pages
Bidding strategies
Document test results and implement learnings into future campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of paid media buying experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, and/or YouTube.
Proven track record running profitable direct response campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with mastery of platfor
Experience driving traffic into VSL funnels, lead generation funnels, webinars, or e-commerce flows.
Expertise in scaling budgets while maintaining profitability.
Deep understanding of ad policy compliance across platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, testing-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Hyros, Wicked Reports, ClickMagic, or similar attribution tools.
Experience with local lead generation (home services), SaaS, e-commerce, coaching, or info products.
Familiarity with Russell Brunson funnel frameworks (Hook–Story–Offer).
Understanding of organic distribution strategies for synergy with paid campaigns.
Ability to build custom reports inside Google Data Studio or similar tools.
