The Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, high-performing team and be at the forefront of live commerce. As our Live Shopping Production Manager, you will be the technical and operational backbone of our live stream sales events. Your expertise will enable our on-screen talent (the founder) to focus purely on product demonstration and audience engagement, maximizing sales and brand impact across multiple digital platforms.
What You'll Do:
Live Stream Production: Manage all technical aspects of live shopping broadcasts, including camera setup, lighting, audio (microphones, sound mixing), and graphics integration.
Platform Management: Operate and configure multi-streaming software (e.g., StreamYard,
Real-Time Engagement: Monitor and manage live chats and comments from all streaming platforms, flagging key questions for on-screen talent and responding to basic inquiries.
Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues during live broadcasts to ensure a seamless viewer experience.
Content Integration: Seamlessly integrate pre-recorded video clips, product overlays, promotional graphics, and direct purchase links into the live stream.
Logistics & Planning: Coordinate pre-production logistics, including scheduling, rundown creation, and ensuring all products and props are ready for each segment.
Performance Optimization: Work collaboratively to analyze live stream performance data to identify areas for technical and operational improvement that drive sales.
Who You Are:
Proven Live Stream Experience: You have demonstrated experience in producing and managing live video broadcasts, ideally within an e-commerce or live shopping context.
Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of live streaming equipment, software, and platforms. You know your way around cameras, mics, and streaming encoders.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with the technical requirements and best practices for live streaming on major social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Instagram Live,
Problem Solver: You thrive in fast-paced, live environments and can troubleshoot technical issues quickly and calmly.
Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring high production quality in every broadcast.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required) to coordinate effectively with on-screen talent and other tea
Self-Starter & Proactive: You take initiative, learn quickly, and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
