JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Tech VA Growth Integrator (Tech + Operations Hybrid)
Location: Remote
Compensation: $1,500/month

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-leverage Growth Integrator to support two fast-growing businesses
across outbound growth and operational systems. This is a hybrid role combining technical
execution, systems management, and operations ownership.
You will act as the central operator, ensuring that both growth systems and operational
infrastructure run smoothly, efficiently, and at scale.
The candidate must speak in "workflows and tasks," taking high-level objectives and breaking
them down into actionable steps to prevent miscommunication.
This is not a task-based VA role we are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks in
systems, and proactively solves problems without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Growth Execution (60%)
• Execute and manage highly personalized, low-volume/high-touch executive outbound
campaigns" (We want to filter out volume-based spammers).Work within tools such as
Clay, Apollo, CRMs, and enrichment platforms
• Manage inboxes, monitor replies, and handle initial lead qualification
• Convert qualified leads into booked discovery calls
• Maintain email deliverability (domain setup, warm-up, inbox health)
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and resolve technical problems independently
• Support onboarding of new clients into outbound systems


2. STR Operations & Systems (40%)
• Manage and maintain property management systems and integrations
• Oversee backend systems supporting Meta Ads and lead intake funnels
• Coordinate onboarding workflows, contracts, and system setup
• Oversee a fractional front-desk service (not direct 24/7 support)
• Handle operational escalations (e.g., vendor coordination, backup dispatch)


3. Cross-Business Responsibilities
• Build, document, and maintain SOPs across both businesses
• Ensure all systems run smoothly with minimal oversight, Act as your own project
manager—breaking down abstract, high-level goals into defined workflows, sprints, and
trackable tasks.
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement improvements
• Act as a reliable and discreet operator, maintaining confidentiality and integrity and
maintain a shared operational lexicon (speaking strictly in "workflows and tasks") with
the founder to eliminate miscommunication.


Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
• Strong experience with outbound systems (Clay, Apollo, CRMs, multi-inbox setups)
• Deep understanding of email deliverability (domains, warm-up, inbox health)
• Experience managing and troubleshooting automation workflows
• Excellent written English (client-facing communication)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and system thinking
• Ability to work independently without hand-holding
• Experience managing inboxes and handling B2B lead responses
• Comfortable working across multiple tools and platforms
• High level of reliability, discretion, and integrity
• Experience with Agile product/project management methodologies (sprints, backlogs,
iterative execution).
• Fluency in project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira) and the ability to
self-assign and manage tasks without prompting.
• Ability to translate abstract business ideas into structured, step-by-step operational
workflows.
• Understanding of complex, high-ticket B2B sales cycles

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
• Experience in short-term rental or property management systems
• Familiarity with Meta Ads backend and funnel management
• Experience supporting agencies or consultants selling high-ticket B2B services
• Experience creating SOPs and operational documentation
• Exposure to tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms
• Ability to understand and speak Portuguese.

• System uptime and reliability (minimal errors, consistent workflows)
• Speed of execution (build and deployment turnaround time)
• Lead flow continuity (no drop-offs in capture or follow-ups)
• CRM accuracy (clean data, correct tagging, no duplicates)
• Automation performance (triggers and sequences working properly)
• Time saved through automation and system improvements
• Issue resolution speed (identifying and fixing problems quickly)
• SOP completeness and clarity
• Inbox and lead handling efficiency (maintaining a < 15-minute response time during
working hours)."System scalability across clients and properties
