Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced digital advertising specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns across both Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. This role will focus on strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis of paid campaigns aimed at driving measurable results.
Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Execution
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, etc.) and Meta Ads
Set up targeting parameters, budgets, and bidding strategies aligned with business goals.
Develop ad creatives, working closely with designers and content teams to ensure messaging is on brand and effective.
2. Platform Expertise & Tools Utilization
Leverage Google Analytics for in-depth website and campaign performance analysis.
Utilize Meta Insights and Meta Business Suite to track and optimize campaign performance across Meta platforms.
Monitor and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI.
3. PPC Expertise
Implement and refine pay-per-click (PPC) strategies to maximize efficiency and reach targets.
Continuously A/B test ad variations and landing pages for improved conversion rates.
4. Reporting & Insights
Produce regular reports detailing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Present findings and recommendations to enhance future campaign strategies.
Qualifications
Experience
Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of PPC principles and hands-on experience with budget management and bidding strategies.
Technical Proficiency
Deep familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads (all formats), Meta Insights, and Meta Business Suite.
Competence in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
Analytical & Reporting Skills
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Experience generating comprehensive reports and presenting insights clearly.
Soft Skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with tea
