JOB OVERVIEW

Beyond Intelligence is building Alexander, an AI virtual receptionist for plumbing companies across the United States.

We are looking for an exceptional appointment setter to become one of the first members of our outbound sales team.

This is not a generic virtual assistant role. You will speak directly with U.S. plumbing business owners, introduce them to valuable new technology, identify genuine interest, and schedule qualified demonstrations.

You will help shape our sales process from the beginning. As you demonstrate that you can consistently create qualified opportunities and revenue, your hours, compensation, commission structure, and responsibilities can increase.

What you will do

Make outbound calls to plumbing companies in the United States
Speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers
Explain Alexander clearly and conversationally
Identify genuine interest and potential fit
Handle common objections professionally
Schedule qualified demonstrations
Send concise, personalized follow-up emails
Track outreach and appointments accurately
Share feedback that helps improve our sales process

Who we are looking for

Previous cold-calling, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience
Clear, natural English and confidence speaking with Americans
Warm, professional, persuasive communication
Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence
Resilience when handling rejection
Clear written communication
Reliability, self-discipline, organization, and coachability
A desire to grow with an early-stage technology company

Experience selling SaaS, software, marketing services, telecommunications, home services, or other B2B products is helpful but not required.

Schedule

This role begins part-time at approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

The required schedule is:

9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Pacific Time (Los Angeles time)

This is generally 12:00 midnight–4:00 a.m. Philippine Time. The Philippine-time schedule may shift by one hour when the United States changes between daylight saving and standard time. You must be comfortable consistently working according to U.S. Pacific Time.

Compensation and growth

This role starts part-time with guaranteed base compensation of ₱15,000 per month, plus:

₱500 for each qualified appointment your prospect attends
₱1,500 for each new customer you source who makes their first monthly payment

Successful performance can lead to a full-time position with base compensation of ₱30,000–₱50,000 per month, plus performance bonuses. Your full-time offer will depend on demonstrated results, responsibilities, and business needs. Strong performers may also qualify for increased commission rates as their contribution grows.
