Job Title: Facebook Ad Launcher (NOT a Media Buyer)
Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time 7 days a week around 1 to 2 hours a day

We’re known for vibrant colors, flattering fits, and outstanding customer experience. As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Facebook Ad Launcher to help us execute ad campaigns efficiently — this is not a media buying or strategy role, but purely a launch and setup role.

Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for launching Facebook ads using provided copy, creatives, and targeting instructions. Your main job is to follow our proven launch systems inside Meta Ads Manager, mainly CBO campaigns with speed and precision.

Responsibilities:
Set up CBO campaigns and Advantage+ shopping campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager.

Duplicate and launch ad sets and creatives following step-by-step instructions.

Input correct copy, primary text, headlines, creatives (images/videos), and UTM tracking.

Launch new product test campaigns consistently and on time.

Maintain structured naming conventions for campaigns, ad sets, and ads.

Provide screenshots or Loom videos to confirm completion of daily tasks.

Available 6 to 7 days a week for quick, accurate and reliable ad launches.

Bonus Responsibilities (a big plus if you have experience with this):
Fill in scaling sheets and ROAS sheets in Google Sheets.

Assist with data entry and performance tracking for active campaigns.

Requirements:
Prior experience launching Facebook Meta ads (no media buying or creative strategy needed).

Confidence using Meta Ads Manager (Campaign, Ad Set, and Ad level setup).

Familiarity with Advantage+ campaigns is a big plus.

Detail-oriented and able to follow strict SOPs without deviation.

Excellent communication and fast response times.

Must work securely, handle ad accounts with care, and follow privacy guidelines.

Must be serious, reliable, and respect deadlines at all times.

Experience with Google Sheets, Slack, and Loom is preferred.

Available 7 days a week, even for short task check-ins.
