We are a 7-figure dropshipping eCommerce business and we’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative with strong experience in dispute management, specifically Klarna and PayPal disputes.
This role is critical to our business. We are looking for someone who knows how to win disputes, not just reply to them.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Handling and winning PayPal & Klarna disputes
- Managing chargebacks and providing strong evidence
- Communicating professionally with payment providers
- Answering and handling customer support
- Resolving customer issues clearly and efficiently
- Keeping dispute records organized and up to date
Requirements
- Proven experience with PayPal & Klarna dispute management
- Strong understanding of chargeback prevention and dispute workflows
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Experience handling customer support
- Able to work full-time
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
