Job Title: AI Systems Architect (Workflow & Data Orchestration Specialist)

We are a faith-driven enterprise managing a diverse portfolio of US-based ventures that require advanced data and workflow automation. We are seeking an exceptional AI Systems Architect to join our team.

This is a Tier 3 technical role for a visionary who understands that the future of business is autonomous and driven by intelligent systems. You will not be performing routine administrative tasks; instead, you will be the architect of the systems that automate them, enabling our US-based team to focus on strategic growth and high-value client relationships.

This is a pivotal strategic hire. Your mission is to build the intelligent infrastructure that eliminates manual overhead, allowing us to scale efficiently and uncover unique market opportunities. You will collaborate directly with our Executive Assistant, Operations Manager and Business Owner to audit existing processes, design cutting-edge automations, and deploy production-ready workflows that directly drive revenue and efficiency across all our ventures.

The Mission: Build the Autonomous "Clone of the Owner"

Your primary objective is to deploy and manage our core automation backbone using n8n. You will be responsible for integrating diverse inputs (including voice-to-action) into actionable workflows that generate significant value across our business units. This includes architecting solutions that leverage our advanced AI stack to create a truly "Zero-Friction" operating system capable of high-scale data orchestration and intelligent agent deployment.

Core Responsibilities
1. n8n Infrastructure & Backbone (40%) Or Agentic AI platforms
• Workflow Architecture: Design, build, and maintain complex, multi-step workflows in n8n that seamlessly connect communication platforms (Gmail), project management systems (ClickUp), CRM, and diverse high-volume data sources.
• Input Integration: Implement and optimize various input triggers (including voice-to-action systems) within n8n to initiate automated tasks, advanced research, and strategic outreach sequences.
• System Reliability: Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our automation backbone, implementing robust error handling, monitoring, and "self-healing" logic.
• API Integration: Develop, manage, and troubleshoot API connections for all tools within our extensive ecosystem, ensuring smooth and secure data flow.

2. High-Value Data Orchestration & Outreach (30%)

• Advanced Data Enrichment & Verification: Architect and optimize workflows using platforms like Clay (including Claygent AI) for deep data enrichment, precise data verification, and comprehensive analysis across various business contexts. This involves leveraging data from diverse online and proprietary sources.
• Automated Outreach Systems: Oversee and optimize our cold email infrastructure using platforms like Instantly/Smartlead, ensuring high deliverability, personalized messaging, and automated follow-up sequences for strategic lead engagement.
• Data Flow Management: Ensure seamless, real-time data synchronization between our revenue generation systems and our project management platforms (ClickUp).

3. Strategic Operations & AI Logic (20%)

• Strategic Problem Solving: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business processes (e.g., high-value asset identification, market arbitrage opportunities, operational efficiency gains) and design innovative automated solutions that replace manual effort and enhance strategic decision-making.
• Human-in-the-Loop Design: Develop intelligent workflows that strategically route complex cases or sensitive communications, where AI requires human empathy or negotiation, to the appropriate tea ---------- mber, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Documentation & SOPs: Create and maintain a "Living SOP" (Standard Operating Procedure) for all automated workflows and systems you build, ensuring clarity, scalability, and ease of transfer to future tea ---------- mbers.

4. Future Tech Deployment & Innovation (10%)

• Agent Deployment: Actively assist in the Phase 2 deployment of autonomous agents (e.g., OpenClaw/Clawdbot) once the core n8n infrastructure is stable and optimized.
• AI Tool Integration: Proactively research, evaluate, and integrate new AI tools and capabilities to continuously enhance and expand our automation ecosystem, keeping us at the forefront of technological advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Expert n8n Proficiency: You must be a "Power User" of n8n (Cloud or Self-hosted) with a proven track record of building complex, production-ready, and scalable workflows. A portfolio of n8n projects is essential.
• AI Logic & Token Management: Deep understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) token usage, context windows, cost-effective prompt engineering, and the strategic application of AI in business processes.
• Workflow Mastery: Proven experience building complex automations with platforms like Clay (including Claygent AI), Instantly/Smartlead, ClickUp, and integrating with CRMs like GoHighLevel.
• High-Volume Data Sourcing Expertise: Extensive familiarity with acquiring and processing data from diverse online sources, including public records, auction platforms, and specialized data providers.
• API & Webhook Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of APIs and webhooks (REST APIs, JSON, OAuth) for seamless system integration and troubleshooting.
• Systems Thinking: You possess the ability to see the "big picture" and build for scale, reliability, and long-term autonomy, not just for immediate task completion.
• Exceptional English Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills are mandatory for US business standards, including clear technical documentation.
• Self-starter & Proactive: Ability to independently audit processes, propose innovative solutions, and execute projects with minimal micromanagement.

Working Arrangement
