JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly skilled graphic designer who can create premium, luxury-level static ads that feel like a real brand—not “template design.”

This role is focused on performance creatives (Meta/TikTok/Google display), but with strong brand standards: clean, high-end, modern, and consistent.

What you’ll be designing

Static ads for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)

Display/retargeting creatives

Product + benefit visuals

Offer layouts, bundles, seasonal drops

Clean typography-based concepts + premium compositions

Brand-consistent variations (A/B testing without losing the look)

What we care about

You’re not just a designer—you think like a marketer:

You understand what makes an ad convert (hook, hierarchy, clarity, contrast, CTA)

You can interpret a brand and build a visual system around it

You can create luxury visuals (editorial, premium DTC, “expensive” feel)

You’re comfortable creating multiple iterations fast without sacrificing quality

Requirements (must have)

Strong portfolio showing premium / luxury design (paid ads, ecommerce, DTC preferred)

Excellent typography and layout skills

Ability to follow brand guidelines and elevate them

Expert in Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma

Understands ad constraints: readability on mobile, clear hierarchy, fast comprehension

Delivers production-ready files (organized layers, exports, variations)

Bonus points

Experience working with premium health/beauty/wellness or luxury ecommerce brands

Motion skills (not required, but nice)

Copy sense: can suggest micro-copy improvements for ads

Style we do NOT want

Canva-looking templates

Overdesigned, messy visuals

Random fonts/colors that don’t match the brand

“Cool design” that doesn’t sell

What to include when applying

Your portfolio (links only)

2–3 examples of static ads you designed that performed well (if you can share)

Your rate (hourly or per-creative) + availability

A short note on how you approach luxury branding + performance ads

If your work looks premium and you understand marketing, we’ll have ongoing work every week.
