JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there! We are looking for an all rounder with e-commerce experience to help us with the day to day operations of our e-commerce brands (currently 3 and growing).

We have built our own internal AI systems which allow us to massively increase our throughput each day - your job will be to manage the day to day of the systems, and handle the tasks we assign you for the day / week.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Updating / Adding new products to store
- Creating / updating shopify product pages
- Creating / updating custom landing pages in Gempages
- Product image generation (using AI)
- Static ad image generation (using AI)
- Basic image editing using canvas
- Email marketing with Klaviyo (templates and AI tools provided)

Your skills must include:
* Shopify — product pages, collections, and basic theme editing
* GemPages or similar landing page builder
* Mobile/desktop optimisation
* Klaviyo — campaigns, flows, and list management
* Canva or basic graphic editing
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow systems and SOPs independently

The perfect candidate for this role is someone who:
* Thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment
* Embraces AI tools as a core part of how they work
* Takes pride in completing tasks quickly and accurately
* Is comfortable juggling multiple brands and task types simultaneously
* Takes ownership of their workload and gets things done without being chased

This role is not for you if:
- Need detailed instructions for every task
- Uncomfortable working with AI tools as part of your daily workflow
- Prefer to focus on one task or brand at a time
- Need a highly structured, predictable routine
- Not comfortable with a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous workload
- Looking for a role where speed isn't a priority

Hours This role starts at 20 hours per week with a clear pathway to full-time within 4–8 weeks based on performance. We are based in Australia so working hours are within AEST business hours.
