Xactimate Estimator – Roofing & Insurance Supplements
We are hiring 2–3 experienced estimators to join our growing team.

About Us
We partner with roofing contractors throughout the United States to handle the insurance supplement process.
Our team reviews roof and property photos, analyzes insurance estimates, identifies missing or underpaid items, and prepares detailed Xactimate supplements. We support our requests with photos, building codes, manufacturer requirements, and other documentation when applicable.
Key Responsibilities
Review roofing photos, measurements, and insurance estimates to identify missing or incorrect line items.
Prepare detailed and accurate supplements using Xactimate.
Research and cite applicable building codes and manufacturer requirements.
Provide clear photo documentation and justification for supplemental items.
Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, primarily through
Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Manage multiple claims while meeting expected turnaround times.
Requirements
Previous Xactimate experience is required.
Strong understanding of roofing systems, components, and installation practices.
Experience with insurance claims or the supplementing process is strongly preferred.
Strong written English and professional communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly, accept feedback, and follow established processes.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Availability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday.
