JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing women's fashion brand running paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok. We use the latest AI tools to produce scroll-stopping creatives — and we're looking for someone who already knows their way around these tools and is excited to push them further.
This starts as a flexible part-time role (4–10 hours per week) but can grow very quickly toward full-time as we scale.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Please do not apply if you do not meet all of the following:

Real hands-on experience with Higgsfield — including generating AI videos using the Sora, Kling, and Seedance models inside the Higgsfield app. You know how to work within Higgsfield and get consistent, high-quality results.
Experience working with Nano Banana Pro for AI image generation.
Familiar with using Claude (or similar AI tools) to support the creative process — note that video prompts in our workflow are generated with AI based on input you provide, so strong communication and briefing skills matter more than writing prompts from scratch.
Proficiency in Canva — advanced level. Not just basic use, you know the platform well and can produce polished ad creatives.
Comfortable working with Google Sheets and Google Drive for asset management and workflow tracking.
Strong communication skills in English — you respond promptly, collaborate clearly via Slack, and can work independently from a brief.
Ability to follow a structured creative workflow and consistently meet deadlines.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Meta or TikTok ad formats (UGC-style content, hooks, CTAs)
Background in fashion, e-commerce, or dropshipping
Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
Familiar with project management tools like Trello or Notion

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce AI-generated video and image creatives for Meta and TikTok campaigns using Higgsfield and Nano Banana Pro
Work within Higgsfield to generate videos via Sora, Kling, and Seedance
Generate on-brand AI images using Nano Banana Pro
Deliver polished Canva creatives — static ads, overlays, and thumbnails
Organize all assets in Google Drive following our folder and naming structure
Communicate daily via Slack and work within our established creative workflow
