Job Description: UX/UI Graphic Designer (Website Builder Focus – Brizy & Nexter)

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Department: Marketing / Product / Creative

About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile UX/UI Graphic Designer with hands-on experience building websites using visual website builders like Brizy and Nexter. In this role, you’ll design, build, and refine high-performing websites and landing pages that deliver exceptional user experiences while staying aligned with brand vision and business goals.

This position is perfect for someone who blends strong visual design skills with a practical understanding of what makes websites intuitive, clean, and conversion-friendly.

What You’ll Do

Design and build modern, responsive websites using Brizy, Webflow, and similar no-code platforms.

Create wireframes, page layouts, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs before implementing them in the builders.

Maintain and evolve design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable UI components.

Optimize user flows, site navigation, and layouts for clarity, functionality, and performance.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to plan landing pages, funnels, and product pages.

Implement animations, micro-interactions, and visual enhancements native to Brizy/Nexter when appropriate.

Manage content updates, website changes, and ongoing improvements.

Ensure websites follow SEO-friendly structure, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility best practices.

Troubleshoot layout issues and maintain quality across devices and browsers.

What You Bring

Portfolio demonstrating clean UX/UI design, website layouts, and completed builds in Brizy, Nexter, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of web design principles, user behavior, and responsive design.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other UI design tools for mockups and prototypes.

Experience transforming wireframes and concepts into fully implemented pages in website builders.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not required but helpful for fine-tuning).

Ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical tea ---------- mbers.

Attention to detail—typography, spacing, color, consistency, and hierarchy matter to you.

Nice to Have

Experience with CMS setup inside Wordpress or other platforms.

Familiarity with conversion-focused landing page design.

Light copywriting or content structuring experience.

Ability to handle simple graphic design tasks (icons, illustrations, branding assets).

Understanding of analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar.
