Job Scheduling & Bookings Coordinator

Full-Time | Remote | Immediate Start

Oz Waterproofing is a leading waterproofing contractor based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. We specialise in residential and commercial waterproofing projects across South East Queensland.

We are seeking a highly organised, reliable and motivated Virtual Job Scheduling & Bookings Coordinator to join our team.

This is a full-time remote position, ideal for someone with experience in Job bookings and Job Scheduling within the Construction sector.

About the Role

Working closely with our Operations Supervisor, and internal Admin staff, you will be responsible for coordinating our daily scheduling and ensuring jobs are organised and booked efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming booking emails.
Scheduling jobs for our site installers, alongside our Site Supervisor.
Creating and updating jobs using Tradify.
Saving and organising project documentation, including purchase orders, plans and client correspondence within our digital filing system.
Maintaining accurate job records.
Liaising professionally with builders, clients and our internal team via email.
Assisting with general administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in the Construction sector with Job bookings and Scheduling
Excellent written and spoken English.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Confidence using cloud-based software and
Experience with Tradify or similar job management software is highly desirable (training will be provided).
