Schedule: Full-time (Daily reporting required)
Location: Remote (MUST be available to work at least 4 hours Central Time Zone Monday-Friday)

Job Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented virtual assistant with exceptional organizational and writing skills? We’re seeking a reliable Job Application Specialist to manage and execute daily job applications for a Senior Data & Business Intelligence Consultant with a proven record working with Google, Microsoft, Pinterest, Unilever, and more.

This role is perfect for a VA with experience in recruitment, resume customization, or online job applications. You will play a key role in identifying and applying to high-quality roles across Data Science, Analytics, and BI domains.

Responsibilities:
1) Apply to 50-60 job listings daily, every week.
2) Maintain a 70/30 ratio:
-- 70% Direct Applications (via company websites)
-- 30?sy Apply/Job Portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Upwork)
3) Track all applications daily and submit a Google Doc summary of jobs applied to (including links, job titles, dates, company names).
4) Apply manually via company websites when necessary - no automation tools.
5) Customize and optimize the resume for each application based on job description and keywords.
6) Prioritize job titles such as:
-- Senior Data Scientist
-- Senior Data Analyst
-- Senior Business Intelligence Engineer/Developer

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in job applications, resume tailoring, or virtual assistance.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and company career pages.
- Basic understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and keyword optimization is a huge plus.
- Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets.

Tools You'll Use:
- Google Docs & Sheets (for daily tracking)
- LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
- Resume optimization tools (optional but helpful).

Reporting:
You will be required to submit a daily Google Doc report by end of each working day listing all job applications submitted.
