PROJECT DESCRIPTION: SIMPLE, RESULTS-BASED WORK

I'm a Senior Business Analyst in the UK conducting an intensive job search. I need someone to help me apply to jobs on UK job boards.

**PAYMENT MODEL:** $0.25 USD per completed, quality job application
**NO HOURLY RATE** - You get paid per completed task only
**TARGET:** 50-100 applications per week
**POTENTIAL EARNINGS:** $12.50-25 per week (or more if you're fast!)

This is PERFECT for:

HOW YOU EARN MONEY

**SIMPLE MATH:**

1 quality job application = $0.25 USD
10 applications per day = $2.50/day
50 applications per week = $12.50/week
100 applications per week = $25.00/week

**WEEKLY TARGETS:**
- Minimum: 50 apps/week = $12.50
- Standard: 75 apps/week = $18.75
- Excellent: 100 apps/week = $25.00
- Exceptional: 125 apps/week = $31.25

**The faster you work, the more you earn!**

If you get efficient (15 mins per application), you can earn $1/hour.
If you get REALLY efficient (10 mins per application), you can earn $1.50/hour.

**BONUS EARNINGS:**
- First 50 apps milestone: $5 bonus
- First 100 apps milestone: $10 bonus
- When I get interview: $5 bonus
- When I accept job offer: $30 bonus

WHAT EACH APPLICATION INVOLVES (15-20 Minutes)

For each job application, you will:

**STEP 1:** Find a suitable job (5 mins)
- Search UK job boards (LinkedIn, Reed, CWJobs, Indeed, Any other suitable job platforms)
- Look for: Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager roles
- Salary: £60k+ (or not specified)
- Location: Remote or UK-based

**STEP 2:** Customize CV (5 mins)
- Use Enhancv (online CV builder - I provide login)
- Duplicate master CV
- Update profile summary to suite current job being applied for
- Add 2-3 keywords from job description to 1 or 3 of my previous roles
- Save with company name

**STEP 3:** Write cover letter, if applicable (5 mins)
- Use ChatGPT with my templates (I provide exact prompts)
- Copy-paste prompt, add company/role details
- Get professional cover letter in 2 minutes
- Review for errors

**STEP 4:** Submit application (3 mins)
- Fill out job application form
- Upload customized CV
- Paste cover letter
- Submit

**STEP 5:** Log in tracking sheet (2 mins)
- Add to Google Sheet: date, company, job title, salary, job application weblink, status
- Mark as "Submitted"

**TOTAL TIME: 15-20 minutes = $0.25 earned**

- CV is customized (has keywords from job description)
- Cover letter is specific to company (not generic)
- Application form filled correctly
- Logged in tracking sheet

**FAIL (You get $0 for that application):**
- Company name misspelled (critical error)
- Wrong CV uploaded (different company's version)
- Cover letter has wrong company name
- Applied to unsuitable job (junior role, wrong field)
- Not logged in tracking sheet

**Quality Threshold: 80%**
- If 8/10 of your applications pass = You're doing great
- If 5/10 pass = We need to fix issues
- If 3/10 pass = Not working out

**I'm fair and reasonable - minor mistakes are okay, critical errors are not.**

**SCENARIO 2: More committed (3-4 hours/day)**

Monday: 15 applications × $0.25 = $3.75
Tuesday: 15 applications × $0.25 = $3.75
Wednesday: 15 applications × $0.25 = $3.75
Thursday: 15 applications × $0.25 = $3.75
Friday: 15 applications × $0.25 = $3.75
Saturday: 10 applications × $0.25 = $2.50
Sunday: 10 applications × $0.25 = $2.50

WORKING HOURS (Flexible!)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

**Weekly Payment (Every Friday):**

I count approved applications from Monday-Sunday.
I pay you Friday via Freelancer.

- I review: 62 approved, 5 rejected (93% pass rate)
- Friday payment: 62 × $0.25 = $15.50

**THE TASK (Should take 30 minutes):**

**Part 1:** Find 2 UK jobs for Senior Business Analyst
- Provide: Company name, job title, salary, location, link
- Make sure jobs are suitable (not junior/irrelevant)

**Part 2:** Write 3-4 sentences explaining why each job is a good match for someone with:
- 8+ years Business Analysis experience
- RPA/automation background (ideal, but this is not neccessary)
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Make sure the roles are not developer roles and don't require any development

**Part 3:** Attention to detail check
