Position: Job Ad Writer-You must be able to custom create a HIGH Volume of US job ads from scratch and be able to make revisions to existing job ad posts daily to improve and maximize quantity and quality of applying candidates!
This is a HIGH Volume Role, so you need to have experience creating and revising a high volume of job ads in the US Market daily!
You will be part of an ad development team that works together in posting, revising and managing our US job posts daily.
If you have good experience with navigating and posting ads on Indeed this would be a PLUS!
Important: You must be experienced, comfortable and effective with creating various reports daily in order to be able to manage a high volume of Job Posts daily!
You will be focused 100% on Developing effective job ad copy to maximize quality and quantity of applying candidates. You must really be an expert at creating compelling job ads and have a vast amount of experience working with and positing on the job boards and social media. You will be creating new fresh and compelling job ads daily and manage over 2,000 live job ads posted on all the major job boards including social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating and developing engaging job ad campaigns and content on major job boards and social media.
Work Scope:
• Self-Create job ads and post daily
• Write compelling, original ad copy and job titles that attract quality candidates(Not looking for a Chat GPT Copy and Paster)
• Make Daily updates, revise and optimize existing ads to maximize visibility
• Maintain and manage our ad tracking system/database to ensure performance
• Monitor ad performance and flag underperforming campaigns for revision
Qualifications:
• Experience with creating and posting US jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Experience writing catchy, clear, and professional ad copy
• Tech-savvy and familiar with spreadsheets or job ad management tools
Important:
• Prior experience in recruiting focused on ad creation and posting a high volume of ads daily in the US Market is a MUST
• Understanding of SEO or keyword optimization for job postings is a MUST
