The Role
We're looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to support our creative team in producing high-performing ad creatives for DTC e-commerce brands. You'll work alongside senior strategists, designers, and media buyers — learning the ropes while contributing to real campaigns with real budgets.
This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about advertising, studies what's working in paid social, and wants to grow into a full creative strategist.
What You'll Do
• Write creative briefs for static, video, and UGC ad formats
• Research competitors and trending ads across Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, and organic social
• Analyse ad performance data to identify winning hooks, angles, and formats
• QA creative output — checking copy accuracy, brand consistency, and platform specs before ads go live
• Write ad copy, headlines, and hooks
• Support the creative pipeline from brief through to ad launch
• Stay up to date on DTC trends, platform changes, and what's working in paid social
What We're Looking For
• Able to work from 9AM to 5PM UK Time
• Strong interest in paid social advertising and DTC e-commerce
• Good copywriting skills — you can write a scroll-stopping hook
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and how performance creatives work
• Detail-oriented and organised — you'll be managing multiple client briefs
• Self-motivated — you take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment
• Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and project management tools (Airtable a plus)
• Portfolio of ad copy, briefs, or creative work is a strong advantage
