JOB POST – Facebook Asset & Infrastructure Manager (Meta)

About us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating in multiple international markets, currently doing €130K+ per month.
Our goal is aggressive scaling — and that requires a rock-solid Meta infrastructure.

The role

You are responsible for keeping our entire Meta setup operational, stable, and scalable.

You will work directly with our asset partner (BM’s, profiles, ad accounts) and ensure everything is correctly connected, structured, and running without issues.

This is not a basic execution role — you are responsible for structure, stability, and continuity.

Responsibilities
Coordinate communication with our asset partner (BM’s, profiles, ad accounts)
Set up and correctly connect:
Business Managers
Ad accounts
Profiles (admins/employees)
Pixels & CAPI setups
Domain verification
Build and maintain a clean, scalable account structure
Warm up and maintain Facebook assets:
Profiles (behavior, login consistency, trust signals)
Pages (engagement, activity, content flow)
Ad accounts (spend pacing, warm-up strategy)
Monitor asset health:
Prevent restrictions proactively
Identify risks before they escalate
Act fast on issues:
Disabled accounts
BM/pixel restrictions
Payment issues
Work closely with media buyers to ensure stable operations
What we’re looking for
Proven experience with Meta at scale (required)
? You’ve managed multiple BM’s, ad accounts, and profiles simultaneously
You understand what a high-level Meta infrastructure looks like
Strong knowledge of:
Pixel setups (including CAPI / tracking tools)
Domain verification & asset linking
Risk management (bans, flags, trust building)
Proactive mindset
? You solve problems before they happen
Fast and clear communication
? Available during working hours
Reliable and structured — no chaos, no excuses
Bonus (strong plus)
Experience with:
Anti-detect browsers (AdsPower, Incogniton, etc.)
Proxy setups & account hygiene
Wetracked / server-side tracking
Understanding of dropshipping / performance marketing
