JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing international e-commerce company working with international suppliers. We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoice Checker who can verify supplier invoices daily and make sure all order costs are correct.

This role is ideal for someone who is very accurate with numbers, organized, and good with spreadsheets.

What You’ll Do

Your main responsibility is to check supplier invoices and verify that all orders are billed correctly.

Invoice Checking

Review daily supplier invoices

Verify that all orders are listed correctly

Check if correct pricing and quotations were used

Confirm quantities and costs match the order data

Order Verification

Compare invoices with order sheets and internal systems

Check for pricing mistakes or missing orders

Flag discrepancies or unusual costs

Error Detection

Identify:

Incorrect pricing

Missing orders

Duplicate charges

Wrong quotations used

Calculation mistakes

Reporting

Report errors clearly to the operations team

Keep a daily overview of checked invoices

Maintain organized tracking sheets

Process Accuracy

Follow clear checking procedures

Help improve accuracy by spotting recurring mistakes

Ensure daily invoices are verified on time

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented and reliable.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable working with numbers

Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)

Good English reading and writing skills

Organized and structured working style

Ability to focus on repetitive accuracy tasks

Reliable internet connection

Bonus if you have:

Experience checking invoices or financial data

Experience in e-commerce operations

Experience with Shopify or order systems

Basic accounting knowledge
