JOB OVERVIEW

# Part-Time Investor Outreach & Research Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented **Investor Outreach & Research Assistant** to support fundraising for an international investment project.

We are raising financing for carbon projects, particularly nature-based projects involving afforestation and reforestation. Our fundraising activities involve outreach to corporations, institutional and private investors, grant-making organisations and other potential providers of project financing.

## Key Responsibilities

* Contact potential investors through **email and LinkedIn** using an existing contact database.
* Establish initial contact, follow up and maintain communication with prospective investors.
* Support the scheduling of investor meetings, particularly during the active fundraising stage.
* Research and identify additional relevant investors once the existing contact database has been covered.
* Use **AI tools and online research platforms** to identify suitable investors, companies, decision-makers and their contact details.
* Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses and follow-up actions in a CRM or contact database.
* Prepare short progress updates and discuss results and next steps.

## Working Arrangements

* Approximately **15 hours per week**.
* Fully remote and flexible working hours.
* There is no requirement to be continuously available during European business hours.
* Most tasks, including research, email outreach and ---------- munication, can be completed independently at any convenient time.
* One or two calls per week with the project lead, who is based in Europe, to discuss progress, priorities and next steps.
* The rest of the work is expected to be organised and completed independently.

## Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is:

* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Proactive, organised and strongly focused on results.
* Comfortable communicating with senior professionals and potential investors.
* Experienced in email outreach, ---------- munication, lead generation, business development or investor research.
* Able to work independently without close supervision.
* Confident using AI tools for research, contact identification and preparation of personalised outreach.
* Persistent and systematic in following up with prospective investors.
* Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets and contact databases.

Experience in investment, finance, fundraising, carbon markets, climate projects or sustainability would be an advantage but is not essential.

## Compensation

The role will include a fixed monthly salary as specified in the vacancy, with a bonus in case of successfully attracting investments into the project.
