JOB OVERVIEW

Web LLC is a buy-side and sell-side advisory shop. We underwrite, size, and value lower-middle-market businesses.

This is an investment analyst seat. You will help underwrite deals, size a transaction, do valuation, quality of earnings, and cash proof.

Must:
- 40 hours/week, overlap US Central Time
- Hourly $10–15 USD. Write your hourly rate. Do not quote a weekly flat.
- FMVA certified or candidate, or an equivalent live model. Bookkeeping-only will not pass.
- Record ONE Loom (10–15 min). Camera on. Share your screen and walk an example model you built (3-statement, DCF, or LMM valuation). No live client file. Cover: handwritten hourly rate, how you size/underwrite a deal, QoE or cash proof, LMM valuation (DCF + comps).
