We are seeking an experienced Investment Acquisitions Specialist to handle off-market seller leads from initial contact to signed contract. This role includes daily prospecting, seller follow-up, CRM updates, pipeline management, property qualification, negotiation, and helping move deals through the acquisition process.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or motivated seller lead conversion, is confident speaking with distressed and off-market sellers, and knows how to uncover motivation, gather property details, determine seller expectations, and keep opportunities moving toward close.
Requirements:
3–5 years of acquisitions or seller lead experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
CRM and pipeline management experience
Organized, consistent, and results-driven
Experience with probate, distress, absentee owners, and pre-foreclosure leads preferred
