JOB OVERVIEW

This is a research gig - 3 hours initially but may lead to ongoing weekly work. We need someone to research a concept / solution that we are seeking to assist to the owner of 3 very busy Womens Ultrasound and Maternal Fetal Medicine clinics. The owner, we'll call him Steve (not real name) is a Sonographer that manages 15 other Sonographers across 3 sites AND sees patients of his own all day long. Steve is SUPER busy and currently manages his constantly growing 'to-do list' by putting post-it notes everywhere and anywhere. Steve is very time poor and struggles to keep up with the demands of his patients whilst trying to manage 15 other Sonographers, and a growing business. We need someone to help us investigate a technology solution (perhaps some sort of wearable device ) that enables Steve to dictate To-Do's, save important notes, create & send emails, send messages via Microsoft Teams, add appointments to his schedule etc whilst on the move. We would like to avoid the need to type this into a device - it really needs to be a solution where Steve can verbally dictate whilst walking around or even whilst scanning patients. Steve spends a lot of time in his car driving between clinics and would like to also be able to use this potential solution whilst driving too. The solution might be purely a technology solution, or it could be a hybrid of a technology solution plus a Virtual Assistant in the Philippines that can help managing these tasks.

I should also clarify, that this solution is NOT for my business (EXCEL-LENS ANZ). It is for my wife's company (Haven Ultrasound) - I am organising it to help her out. I should be able to answer any questions you have, and if I can't answer it, I will bring my wife Leah into the conversation... I
