JOB OVERVIEW

Rose Injectables is a physician-led women’s health and aesthetic boutique with two Colorado locations (Colorado Springs & Cañon City) seeking an experienced Zenoti Virtual Assistant with proven backend setup expertise to own our inventory system.
This is a remote, part-time role (10–15 hrs/week) focused on three things: setting up and auditing our Zenoti product catalog, vendors, purchase orders, and par levels across two locations — building weekly inventory reports and dashboards — and creating simple SOPs our front office team can actually follow.
You must have hands-on Zenoti backend experience. If your Zenoti experience is limited to front desk scheduling, this is not the right fit.
We move fast, communicate through Slack, and expect work to be right the first time. If you’re a Zenoti expert who loves clean systems and hates chasing down inventory discrepancies, we’d love to hear from you.
