Shift: Night Shift (1:00 AM – 5:00 AM) PHP Time

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Salary: $3 per hour

Average Lead Generation Target: 40 Leads per day (Data will be provided by company)

Note:

Initially, the candidate will be required to work 4 hours per day. Based on performance, the company

may increase working hours and responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to international candidates.

• Generate an average of 40 leads per day.

• Maintain accurate and updated candidate data.

• Coordinate with colleagues and internal teams.

• Assist in candidate screening and follow-ups.

• Gather references and build a professional candidate network.

Requirements

• Good English communication skills (verbal).

• Prior HR/recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to work in night shifts.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage.
