Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical International Education Researcher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about global education systems and experienced in comparing international academic credentials against U.S. standards.
You will play a key role in supporting our credential evaluation team by conducting in-depth research on foreign education systems, academic policies, institutional recognition, grading practices, and program structures.

Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough research on education systems, qualifications frameworks, and credential structures across various countries
• Analyze foreign academic documents and provide insight into degree equivalencies
• Develop and maintain internal country-specific education profiles and databases
• Verify institutional recognition and program accreditation
• Collaborate with evaluation staff to provide timely, well-documented guidance on complex cases
• Monitor changes in global education systems, policies, and credential types
• Participate in professional development and networking related to international education
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, International Studies, Library Science, Linguistics, or a related field preferred
• Experience in international education, credential evaluation, academic research, or comparative education highly preferred
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple research tasks
• Familiarity with databases and education resource tools) is a plus
• Multilingual ability is a plus
