JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small international regulatory compliance consulting business looking for a proactive and resourceful professional to support our business development and lead generation activities.

You will work directly with an international regulatory consultant who helps manufacturers, exporters, and brands comply with regulatory requirements when selling products in the United States, Canada, Europe, and other international markets.

This is a highly flexible, results-oriented position with a monthly base payment plus commission on every client you successfully originate.

Previous experience in regulatory compliance, FDA-regulated industries, international trade, or import/export compliance is a major advantage for this position.

- What You Will Do:

Your primary responsibility will be active B2B lead generation.

Rather than waiting for inbound inquiries, you will proactively identify companies that are exporting products internationally and may need regulatory compliance services.

Your activities will include:

* Researching potential clients using public FDA databases and other online sources;
* Identifying companies listed on FDA Import Alerts;
* Researching recent FDA Import Refusals and other publicly available FDA enforcement information;
* Finding manufacturers and exporters that sell or intend to sell products in the United States, Canada, and Europe;
* Researching company websites, LinkedIn, Google, industry directories, trade databases, and other sources to identify relevant companies and decision-makers;
* Finding valid company and business contact information;
* Sending personalized outreach emails using our company email account;
* Introducing our regulatory compliance services to potential clients;
* Following up with prospects who have not responded;
* Keeping an organized spreadsheet/lead tracker showing every company contacted, contact information, date of contact, follow-ups, responses, and current status;
* Handling initial commercial communication with interested prospects.

You are also welcome to suggest and test your own lead-generation strategies. Cold calling is optional, if you are comfortable with calls and believe they can help generate business, you may use them, but calls are not required.

- What Happens When a Prospect Is Interested?

You do NOT need to be a regulatory expert. Your role is to identify opportunities, initiate the conversation, qualify interest, and generate the lead. Once a prospect begins asking detailed regulatory questions or demonstrates serious interest in hiring us, the lead will be transferred directly to the regulatory consultant, who will handle the technical discussion, define the scope, quote the project, and close the sale.

Our services include, among others:

* FDA Import Alert remediation and removal assistance;
* FDA Import Detention and Refusal assistance;
* FDA Food Facility Registration and renewal;
* U.S. Agent services;
* FSVP compliance;
* FDA Prior Notice;
* FDA regulatory registrations and product listings;
* Food, dietary supplement, cosmetic and OTC compliance;
* Label and claims compliance;
* Import/export regulatory consulting;
* U.S., Canadian and European regulatory compliance.

There are many opportunities to identify companies that already have an immediate regulatory need. For example, companies appearing in FDA enforcement and import databases may already be experiencing an import compliance issue.

There is also an important immediate sales opportunity: the 2026 FDA Food Facility biennial registration renewal period runs from October through December. Food facilities required to register with FDA must renew their registrations during this period.

- Compensation:

US$50 guaranteed monthly base + 5% commission on every successfully paid client contract originated by you.

There are no fixed daily working hours and no required shift. This position is designed to be extremely flexible. You can organize your own schedule and decide when you perform your research and outreach.

The monthly base is guaranteed as long as the agreed lead-generation activities and monthly reporting are being performed. Your earning potential comes primarily from commissions.

For example: A typical regulatory project may start around US$400.

If a client you originated purchases a US$400 service: 5% commission = US$20

If you originate multiple clients or higher-value projects, your commission increases accordingly.

Many regulatory projects can be worth significantly more than US$400, and some services are recurring or renewed periodically.

There is no commission cap. The more qualified opportunities you identify and develop, the greater your earning potential.

Payment will be made monthly via Wise.

You may be a good fit if you:

* Have strong written English;
* Are comfortable communicating professionally with international companies;
* Enjoy online research and finding information;
* Are proactive and resourceful;
* Have good attention to detail;
* Can work independently without constant supervision;
* Are organized and comfortable maintaining spreadsheets;
* Understand basic B2B sales or lead generation;
* Are comfortable sending professional cold outreach emails;
* Can recognize when a conversation should be escalated rather than trying to answer something you do not know.

You do not need previous FDA experience. Training and guidance on the types of companies and regulatory situations to look for will be provided.

- Important:

This is not a traditional hourly VA position. We are specifically looking for someone entrepreneurial who enjoys researching opportunities, approaching companies, and generating business.

There is no requirement to sit online for a certain number of hours every day. Performance will be evaluated based on the quality and consistency of prospecting activity, organization of the lead pipeline, communication, and results.

You will submit an updated lead-tracking spreadsheet showing the companies researched and contacted, outreach activity, responses, follow-ups, and qualified opportunities.

All company email outreach will be conducted through an authorized company email account, so communication and lead history will remain organized and transparent.

- How to Apply:

Please send:

1. A brief introduction about yourself and your experience with lead generation, sales, customer service, international business, or research.

2. Your level of written and spoken English.

3. Any experience you have with international trade, import/export, FDA, logistics, or regulatory compliance. This is helpful but not required.

4. Briefly answer the following:

Imagine you were responsible for finding new clients for a regulatory consultant who helps manufacturers and exporters enter the U.S., Canadian, and European markets. Besides the lead sources mentioned in this job post, where would you look for potential clients and how would you approach them?

Please be specific. We are interested in understanding how you research, think, and develop opportunities.

Shortlisted candidates will receive a small practical research and lead-generation exercise before the final selection.
