We are a fast-growing mortgage and property investment business helping Australians build wealth through smart property strategies.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our external marketing agency and ensure all campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
================
1. Agency Management & Execution
- Act as the main point of contact between our business and the marketing agency
- Ensure all monthly marketing campaigns are executed on time
- Track deliverables across:
- Social media (Instagram,
- Lead generation campaigns

- Content creation
2. KPI Tracking & Performance
- Monitor and report on key metrics:
- Leads generated
- Cost per lead
- Conversion rates
- Hold the agency accountable to agreed KPIs and targets
- Flag underperformance early and push for improvements
3. Campaign Coordination
- Ensure all campaigns align with:
- Property investors’ needs
- Home buyer pain points
- Coordinate launches (e.g. lead magnets like property investment guides)
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and conversion-focused
4. Communication & Reporting
- Run weekly check-ins with the agency
- Provide clear feedback and direction
- Prepare simple weekly performance summaries for the team
5. Lead Generation (Telecalling Team)
- Coordinate with internal telecallers
- Ensure consistent lead flow from outbound efforts
- Track performance and improve scripts/processes
What We’re Looking For

- Experience working with marketing agencies or digital campaigns
- Comfortable tracking numbers and performance (not just “creative”)
- Clear communicator who can push for results, not just updates
