JOB OVERVIEW

Internal Accountant (Australian Company)

We are seeking an experienced Internal Accountant with knowledge of Australian tax and compliance to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our company.

Key responsibilities:

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Processing payroll in compliance with Australian regulations, including PAYG, superannuation, and payroll reporting

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Journal entries and month-end processes

Preparation and review of Balance Sheet and P&L reports

Inventory accounting and reconciliation

Running and reviewing financial reports

Supporting BAS, GST, and other Australian tax requirements

Maintaining accurate and compliant financial records

Strong English skills required, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally

SKILL REQUIREMENT

Xero Bookkeeping English Proficiency
