JOB OVERVIEW

We are a rapidly growing interior design company specializing in creating high-performing spaces for the short-term rental (STR) market. Our focus is on delivering exceptional, design-forward interiors that drive bookings and maximize revenue for our clients.

We are looking to add a talented and motivated designer to our team. This role will involve creating mood boards, 3D renderings, floor plans, and supporting various aspects of the design process.

The ideal candidate is:

Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a strong design eye
Trainable and open to feedback
Able to manage a flexible schedule and take on projects as they come

Responsibilities include:

Creating mood boards and design concepts
Producing 3D renderings and layouts
Assisting with floor plans and space planning
Supporting the design team with ongoing projects

This is a flexible, project-based role with the opportunity to grow alongside the company.

Compensation: Starting at $5/hour, with potential for growth based on performance and experience.
