We’re looking for a full-time Interior Designer to join a fast-growing hospitality brand that builds immersive, story-driven spaces, often described as the Disney of short stays.
This is not a freelance or side-hustle role.
This is a full-time, exclusive position for a designer who wants to fully commit to one brand, own projects end-to-end, and build a long-term creative career.
If you’re looking to juggle multiple clients or keep other professional commitments, this role will not be the right fit.
About the Role:
You will be the sole Interior Designer responsible for running design projects from start to finish.
That means you will:
- Lead each project from concept to final delivery
- Drive timelines, milestones, and
- Run kick-offs, reviews, and design sessions
- Own modelling, layouts, FF&E, and specifications
- Proactively push projects forward without being chased
- Collaborate with a creative director for vision and alignment
You won’t be given tasks.
You’ll be given ownership.

This role requires full professional focus.

- Does not take on other client work or employment

Compensation Structure
- Monthly base pay
- Plus a performance-based bonus per project onboarded
High performers are directly rewarded for the projects they successfully deliver.
Exact figures will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

In your first 90 days, you’ll be:
- Running multiple projects independently
- Driving timelines without being prompted
- Producing high-quality, immersive designs
- Becoming the creative owner of our spaces
