We are a high-end, rapidly scaling U.S.-based interior design firm that works with luxury real estate developers, builders, agents, and discerning homebuyers. Role Overview
We're looking for a talented interior designer who takes real pride in their work and thrives in a fast-moving environment. This is a creative role, but speed and efficiency matter as much as the quality of the output. You'll take design direction and run with it, translating concepts into polished, client-ready presentations while keeping multiple projects moving at once. We can get you up to speed on our tools and workflow, but taste, attention to detail, and the drive to make every project genuinely beautiful - that has to come with you.

We're also building a design team that stays ahead of the curve. That means actively using AI and emerging tools to work smarter, produce faster, and push the quality of our output higher. If you get excited about what new technology makes possible in design, you'll fit right in here.

Key Responsibilities
* Design Concepts: Develop design concepts drawing from our curated vendor catalog or our own previous collections, creating cohesive looks that reflect each client's space and aesthetic
* Presentations: Build concept boards, material samples, and design plans that tell a clear visual story, then present those concepts to clients and gather feedback
* 3D Modeling: Create and complete SketchUp models of rooms and furniture that feed into our 3D Artist team for final client renderings
* Project Management: Own your projects from design through handoff to our fulfillment team, stepping in when swaps are needed and following up with clients after install
* Project Organization: Keep project files, design selections, and procurement trackers organized and current so nothing falls through the cracks

What You Bring
* A strong design eye and genuine passion for interior design. Degree or formal training in interior design is required and your portfolio should speak for itself
* Excitement about using AI tools and a track record of adopting new technology to work more efficiently
* The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, hit tight deadlines, and communicate clearly when priorities shift
* A collaborative working style. This team wins together and everyone contributes
* Proficiency in SketchUp for room and furniture modeling
* Polished written and spoken English, clear and professional in client-facing settings and team collaboration

Schedule
This is a full-time role. We're flexible on hours but ask that you have meaningful overlap with our U.S. Pacific Time mornings and availability during Philippine overnight hours to collaborate with the team.
