JOB OVERVIEW

ICO Design Group is a New York-based architectural design firm specializing in hospitality, commercial, retail, and multi-residential interiors. We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Drafter to join our team full-time. This position does not require a licensed architect or engineer. The role is specifically focused on producing clear, accurate, and comprehensive interior design documentation. Position Overview The primary responsibility of this role is to convert fully designed SketchUp models into complete and well-organized Revit / AutoCAD interior design documentation sets. Responsibilities * Convert completed SketchUp design models into Revit / AutoCAD files * Produce complete interior design documentation sets, including: * Existing and demolition plans * Proposed floor plans * Reflected ceiling plans * Lighting plans * Electrical and plumbing coordination plans * Interior elevations * Finish plans and schedules * Signage plans * Furniture plans * Ensure all drawings are clear, accurate, coordinated, easy to navigate, and completed on time * Work closely with designers, project managers, architects, and engineers * Incorporate revisions efficiently and maintain consistency throughout the full drawing set Requirements * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp * Strong experience producing complete interior design documentation sets * Ability to accurately interpret fully designed 3D SketchUp models * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing accuracy * Strong communication and team-collaboration skills * Fluent, professional English * Must be available full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time The goal of this position is to translate completed SketchUp design models into clear, accurate, coordinated, and easy-to-navigate Revit / AutoCAD documentation sets that are delivered on schedule.
