We're looking for an experienced Intercom specialist to help us fully set up and optimize our Intercom workspace, with a strong focus on Fin AI.
What we need help with:
- Setting up Intercom so it truly understands our business, our services, and our customer journey
- Training Fin AI to give accurate, on-brand answers when customers and leads chat with us
- Building out a complete knowledge base of help articles
- Structuring article categories, tags, and content so Fin can pull the right answers
- Setting up workflows, automations, inbox rules, and team inboxes
- Configuring lead qualification flows and handoffs to human agents
- Advising us on how to get the most out of Intercom and Fin (best practices, what features to use, what to avoid)
- Ongoing optimization based on Fin's performance and customer conversations
Who we're looking for:
- Proven experience setting up and managing Intercom (please share examples)
- Hands-on experience with Fin AI specifically, not just legacy Intercom chatbots
- Understanding of how to write and structure help content for AI retrieval
- Bonus: experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
- Strong written English
- Self-starter who can guide us, not just take orders
