JOB OVERVIEW

Schedule:

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday – Friday (6 hours/day)

Hours may increase over time based on need.

Note: Training will begin on Philippine Standard Time hours for the first few days, then transition to the regular daytime schedule (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central). Full details will be discussed upon hire.

Pay: Starting at $4.00/hour

Role Summary:

*Manages the full onboarding journey for intakes, from first contact through being fully ready for service, across all IGH service lines (including chronic care management and other programs). Also helps with scheduling and compliance tracking across the wider team when urgent needs arise, and provides backup support on the
staffing side as needed.

Responsibilities

*Follow up on intake forms once sent out and service inquiries, to ensure completion
*Enter client information into IGH's systems
*Check whether a client has already had an initiating visit with their own doctor; request those records if so,
or schedule the initiating visit with the Nurse Practitioner if not
*Contact doctor's offices and other providers to obtain records, fax numbers, and other information needed to support client enrollment across all service lines
*Request medical records and supporting documentation for chronic care management and other service lines as needed
*Handle client-driven scheduling change requests
*Support marketing and outreach for clients across all IGH service lines, including chronic care management
*Answer incoming phone calls and handle general call inquiries
*Assist with caregiver-side needs as backup when required
*Track compliance items across both populations (TB test due dates, required training, etc.) and assist with urgent scheduling needs as they arise

Requirements

*Excellent spoken English with clear, easily understood pronunciation
*Strong written English
*Self-directed with strong initiative; minimal need for supervision
*Comfortable identifying and suggesting process improvements
*Strong attention to detail
*Tech-savvy; comfortable learning and working across multiple software platforms and applications
*Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without becoming overwhelmed
*Able to prioritize and stay composed when handling multiple urgent tasks at once
*Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information
*Reliable, consistent attendance
*Comfortable communicating professionally in writing
*Healthcare or administrative coordination experience preferred
