JOB OVERVIEW

Crisp, The Law Firm Growth Company, is the nation’s #1 law firm growth company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. We partner with top law firms across the country to help them achieve transformational growth.

We’re currently hiring two Intake Specialists on behalf of one of our VIP boutique bankruptcy and debt relief law firm clients. This firm has over 15 years of experience guiding individuals and families through financial challenges with hands-on client care, personalized representation, and detail-driven advocacy. In addition to bankruptcy, they maintain a small personal injury caseload and referral network.

This position is fully remote and ideal for professionals in the Philippines or Latin America with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

Client Intake Calls: Answer 5–10+ daily inbound calls, follow a structured questionnaire, and accurately complete digital intake forms.

Case Transfer: Input completed forms into the system and seamlessly transfer qualified calls to the attorney.

Clerical Support: Assist with document collection, appointment scheduling, and secondary case write-ups to support bankruptcy filings.

Follow-Up Coordination: Check in with clients to confirm documents, schedule, and next steps.

Bilingual Advantage: Communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients when needed.

Collaboration: Provide accurate intake data that supports the attorney and paralegal team in case strategy.

What We’re Looking For

Customer Service Experience: Prior intake, call center, or client-facing role strongly preferred.

Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is critical—small mistakes can affect case outcomes.

Strong Communicator: Clear, professional, and empathetic phone manner.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital forms, Zoom, and basic office software.

Language Skills: English fluency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Adaptable: Able to stay productive with clerical tasks during downtime.

Background: Legal or bankruptcy knowledge not required, though prior legal, medical billing, or admin support experience is a plus.

Why Work With Our Client

Hands-On Training: Learn directly from the attorney and gain exposure to the bankruptcy process.

Meaningful Impact: Be the first voice clients hear during one of the hardest times of their lives.

Professional Development: Access to Crisp Academy training modules for six months.

Growth Potential: Opportunities for advancement as the firm expands.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $1,000–$1,300 USD per month (based on experience).

Perks: Discretionary bonuses, wellness stipends, and staff activities (like book club participation).

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Location: Fully remote (ideal for professionals based in the Philippines or Latin America).

How to Apply

Please submit the following:

Your updated resume

A short video or voice recording (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself and explaining why you’d be a strong fit for this role.

At Crisp, we believe in placing top talent with top-performing law firms. For this VIP client, Intake Specialists are not just answering phones—they’re providing clients with dignity, clarity, and hope during one of the most stressful ---------- nts of their lives.
