JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Intake & Client Success Coordinator to support our growing legal team.
This role is a blend of:

1. Client intake and sales support
2. Lead follow-up and communication
3. Administrative and operational assistance

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, speaks excellent English, communicates professionally, follows up consistently, and can help guide prospective clients through the onboarding process.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Client Intake & Sales Support
* Answer inbound calls from prospective clients
* Explain services clearly and confidently
* Help convert incoming leads into paying clients
* Gather client information accurately and professionally
* Provide a warm, professional, and reassuring client experience

2. Lead Follow-Up
* Follow up with pending leads via:
- Text messages
- Phone calls
- Email communication
* Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients
* Track lead status and next steps in CRM or tracking systems
* Re-engage older leads when appropriate

3. Administrative Support
* Assist with filing and document organization
* Create and manage template documents
* Handle data entry and case-related admin tasks
* Support operational workflows and organization
* Maintain accurate records and communication logs

Ideal Qualifications:

* Excellent spoken and written English
* Strong communication and people skills
* Comfortable speaking with clients by phone
* Previous customer service, intake, sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable learning new systems and processes
* Professional, dependable, and proactive
* Experience in legal, medical, insurance, or service-based businesses is a plus
